Registration includes access to workshop sessions, the general sessions, the exhibits, and both evening concerts.
It does not include food, travel or lodging.

b. The 'Contact' is the individual responsible for payment, and may or may not be a registrant.
c. List all registrants in the 'Registrant List,' listing the group leader first (this may or may not be the Contact).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend, you have a couple of options. You can either switch over your registration to another individual, or you can contact us for an 90% refund. We retain 10% of the registration fee to cover various service fees.
Cancellations will not be refunded after May 1, 2009 (2 weeks prior to the event).
